PRAXIS Executive Academy
Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to individual courses, course collections, promotional purchases and PRAXIS Unlimited access purchased directly from PRAXIS Executive Academy.
Effective 3 September 20261. Refund eligibility
A refund request will be considered only when all the following conditions are met:
- The request is received within 24 hours from the recorded time of purchase.
- The learner has accessed no more than 10% of the purchased course. For a collection or PRAXIS Unlimited purchase, this limit applies across all included course content accessed.
- No course material, workbook, template or other downloadable resource has been downloaded.
- No assessment, quiz or examination has been attempted.
- No certificate has been generated, issued or received.
- The request includes the information listed in section 5 and can be matched to the transaction.
2. Non-refundable circumstances
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, a purchase is not eligible for refund when any one of the following applies:
- The 24-hour request period has expired.
- More than 10% of the relevant content has been accessed.
- Materials have been downloaded.
- An assessment has been attempted or a certificate has been issued.
- Login credentials or course content have been shared, copied or misused.
- The learner changes their mind, lacks time, no longer needs the course or fails to complete it after the eligibility conditions have ceased to apply.
- The purchase was made through a third-party platform whose own refund rules apply.
3. Collections and PRAXIS Unlimited
The 24-hour and 10% rules apply to Leadership Collection, HR Collection, Complete Professional Collection and PRAXIS Unlimited purchases. Accessing content from any included course counts toward use of the collection. Eligible refunds apply to the entire qualifying transaction; partial refunds for individual items within a collection are not ordinarily provided.
4. Subscription or renewal cancellation
If automatic renewal is introduced, you may cancel a future renewal before its stated renewal time. Cancellation stops the next charge but does not ordinarily produce a refund for the current access period. You will retain access until the end of the paid period unless access is suspended for a breach of the Terms and Conditions.
5. How to request a refund
Send the request through the published PRAXIS email address or official WhatsApp contact and include:
- Your full name.
- The email address used for registration.
- The course, collection or subscription purchased.
- The payment date, amount and transaction reference.
- The reason for requesting the refund.

6. Review and payment of approved refunds
PRAXIS will review account-access, download, assessment, certificate and payment records to determine eligibility. We may request reasonable information to verify identity or payment. Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times are outside our control, and any non-refundable third-party or currency-conversion charges may be treated in accordance with applicable law and the provider’s rules.
7. Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised charges
If you believe you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount or did not authorise a payment, contact PRAXIS promptly with the transaction details. These cases will be investigated separately and are not rejected merely because course access occurred, although evidence of use may be relevant to the investigation.
8. Cancellation or material failure by PRAXIS
If PRAXIS cancels a purchased course without providing a reasonable replacement, or is unable to provide the purchased service for a material and sustained period, we may offer restored access, a transfer, credit or refund as appropriate. This does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact PRAXIS first so that a payment concern can be investigated promptly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, including chargebacks after substantial course use, may result in suspension of access and cancellation of certificates, without limiting either party’s lawful rights.
10. Policy changes and contact
This policy may be updated for future purchases when services or payment arrangements change. The policy in effect at the recorded time of purchase will ordinarily govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.
